Ship it to us via your preferred carrier, making sure to include your complete contact and business information inside the box. If you are a first time customer, we ask that you include payment with your shipment, or we will call you for a credit card number when your order is ready to ship. Thereafter, we can either charge your credit card (if you choose to let us keep it on file), or we can send you an invoice with your refurbished computer boards. Please note: Return shipping back to you is FREE, and we ship via UPS Ground or US Priority Mail (whichever is cheapest for us).  If you would like to upgrade the shipping to UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, etc, you will be responsible for the difference in cost.

We repair your computer board and send it back to you. This way we can retain your individual settings and program parameters, unless the repair procedure requires resetting the board back to factory default settings. We work very hard to keep our work load managed well so that turn around time is not an issue. Of course, there are always times when a customer needs a board right away, and we always try to accommodate our customers under such circumstances.

Turn around time inevitably varies with the work load we have at any given moment. That said, we understand that turn around time is a key issue for our customers. We work hard to maintain a turn around time of under one week, i.e., your computer boards are shipped back to you within five business days after we receive them. Occasionally, there are times when this is not possible, for instance, when we have to order parts that are out-dated or are back-ordered nationwide.

We want to provide superior service to all of our customers. Many customers have spare computer boards on hand, and so super-quick service is not necessary. If you are in need of exceptionally fast service, we do offer RUSH SERVICE on most control boards. This service costs an additional nonrefundable $30 and provides you with next business day turn around in our shop. We will ship your repaired board back to you the day after we receive it. Please note: Rush Service does not include rush shipping. We are happy to upgrade shipping to UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc., but any additional shipping charges will be billed to you. PLEASE CALL BEFORE SHIPPING ANY COMPUTER BOARDS FOR RUSH SERVICE!!!  We will need to be on the lookout for your computer board, and we will also need to verify with you that the appropriate parts are in stock.

Please include your business contact information, especially your phone number! Make sure there is something indicating who the box is from (a business card, letterhead, etc) inside the box. Also, it is very helpful if you will note what problems your machine is experiencing (ex: no heat, no spin, etc). If you are a first-time customer, we ask that you send in payment with your board, or we will call you for a credit card number when your order is ready to ship. After that we can send an invoice for payment back to you with your refurbished computer board(s), or we can charge your credit card if you choose to let us keep one on file.
